Accessibility statement
Introduction
We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to everyone, and we are committed to providing accessible touchpoints to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstances or ability.
To this end, S’nce Group works in partnership with AccessiWay, a specialist in digital accessibility, to align as closely as possible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of needs, including individuals who are blind or partially sighted, as well as those with motor, cognitive, neurological or sensory disabilities.
Compliance with WCAG and the technical support provided by AccessiWay help us ensure that the website is usable by as many people as possible, in line with principles of inclusivity and current regulations.
Notes, Comments and Feedback
Despite our efforts to enable everyone to adapt the website to their own needs, some pages or sections may not yet be fully accessible, may be in the process of becoming accessible, or may currently lack an adequate technological solution to achieve this.
We are continuously working to improve accessibility by adding, updating and enhancing features and functionalities, as well as developing and adopting new technologies.
All of this is aimed at achieving an optimal level of accessibility in line with ongoing technological advancements.
If you wish to contact the website owner, please use the following email address: info@sncegroup.ch.
We are currently in the process of updating the site and working towards full compliance with WCAG accessibility criteria.
The official Accessibility Statement will be published shortly, once the technical review of the content has been completed and any necessary remediation activities have been initiated.
Customisation via our Accessibility Widget
The accessibility widget provided by AccessiWay is a tool designed to enhance the accessibility of the website, making it more usable and compatible with major assistive technologies.
Through customisable features, it supports inclusive navigation for users with visual, motor, cognitive and neurological disabilities, in line with Italian and European regulations.
The widget can be accessed:
via keyboard at the top of the page (press the Tab key)
or via mouse, through the fixed icon at the bottom of the screen (“universal access” icon)
Examples of available features:
Use without vision: press TAB three times or activate screen reader compatibility mode
Low vision: enable zoom, high contrast, or adjust fonts
Colour vision deficiencies: highlight links, headings and clickable content
Reduced mobility: navigate using keyboard or alternative input tools
Visual sensitivity/photosensitivity: disable animations and enable low-stimulation colour palettes
If the correct activation of any feature interferes with compatibility with your configuration or assistive technology, please contact us. In the meantime, we recommend disabling the widget using the dedicated button to avoid any unintended impact on your browsing experience.
