We've been asked to get the Brands closer to their Italian consumers, through specific digital engagement activities, activating different strategic levers in CRM, Brand Reputation, and Social Media areas.
Since the beginning of our collaboration, we've supported the customer's digital team in the full comprehension of the Brands' and their iconic products' perception through the web, in order to timely redefine the digital presence on the most strategic channels.
From qualitative analysis to punctual strategy redefinition, we help SHISEIDO Group Italy in the digital presence management of its Brands since 2014.
During 2021, we supported Shiseido in setting up and launching the first social commerce activation in Italy: a Shop within the Italian Facebook page, directly linked to the eCommerce local website.
