Whirlpool is now the largest player in the region, with its three pan-European brands, Whirlpool, Indesit and KitchenAid, two regional brands, Hotpoint and Bauknecht, and a number of other local brands, including Scholtes, Ariston, Laden, Polar and Ignis.
Our story with Whirlpool begins in 2012 specifically focusing on the UX analysis and design. With our support, Whirlpool reviewed the user experience of their brand websites by improving the user journey and optimizing conversions.
Since 2014 the partnership between SNCE and Whirlpool gradually evolved more on the technology consulting side. SNCE developed a new platform, named Sandwatch, based on eZ Platform to offer an enterprise grade experience in terms of content management.
In Whirlpool’s complex enterprise environment, Sandwatch was able to connect with various backend applications like different SAP installations and headless eCommerce engines.
