eCommerce is absolutely strategic for YO|YOGA as it sells to both B2C and B2B clients exclusively through online channels. In 2021 S’nce Group supported YO|YOGA in a re-platforming project.
B2B & B2C multi-store eCommerce solution
Driven by the need for renewal of the previous eCommerce platform - no longer adequate to support the growing requirements of an online hybrid B2C and B2B business - YO|YOGA has decided to switch to a new technological solution for all its eCommerce sites by migrating them to the Adobe Commerce Cloud Pro solution (formerly Magento EE).
Specific requirements
YO|YOGA mainly needed to adapt its websites to the most recent taxation and legislative regulations for each of its target markets, an unachievable activity through the old platform. This requirement led to YO|YOGA's B2C & B2B website architecture redefinition.
In addition, Yo|Yoga also needed to crucially streamline the management and operational processes of all the activities related to its Online Sales.
